COLLEGE HOMES

 

We offer clean and well maintained 3, 4 and 5 bedroom college homes, in good neighborhoods, available to students attending University of Northwestern Ohio, The Ohio State University Lima, Rhodes State College and surrounding collegiate programs in the Lima, Ohio area. We offer homes for you and a few of your friends where you choose your own roomates (1 per bedroom). All of our homes come with a fridge, stove, washer, dryer. We offer options to have utilities included in your rent or have you pay utilities separately.
